Those participants who will apply for a visa in the US (no matter whether they are US citizens) can submit a copy of the invitation. We will send you a scanned copy of your invitation as an e-mail attachment. We kindly ask you to confirm the receipt of the file. The same copy will be sent to a Russian consulate to which you will apply for a visa.

Participants who will apply for a visa in other countries have to submit the original. We will send you the invitation to your business address, which you submitted with the registration from. If you did not submit your business address, the invitation will be sent to your home address. If you would like us to send the invitation to any other address, please let us know as soon as possible. Invitations will be sent by the express mail to reach you within 4–5 business days.
