About the Mosfilm hotel

The vast majority of WAFL3 participants will stay at the Mosfilm Hotel.

Here is some relevant information on the hotel.

All prices are per room per night. All rooms have WC, shower, fridge, TV, and phone. Prices do not include breakfasts, which are available upon request for extra charge (2–3 USD).

Prices are in Russian roubles (RUR). To calculate the approximate US dollar / Euro / Yen / Turkish Lira equivalents use the currency converter on the right. For the official exchange rates visit the site of the Bank of Russia. Please note that over the past two months, the US dollar fell to a seven-year low against the rouble. As a result, rates converted to US dollars rose by appx. 10%.

As you know, booking a room at the Mosfilm hotel is subject to booking fee (50% of the cost of the room for one night). Since we booked the vast majority of the rooms available, the hotel requested us to pay the booking fee for all the rooms in advance to complete the booking procedure. We made this payment on behalf of the WAFL3 participants using our reserve fund, so now we kindly request the participants who will stay at the Mosfilm hotel to reimburse us for these expenses while registering.
